recommended to continue driving with a worn belt. A worn timing belt can snap.
If it snaps while driving, there is a good chance that the entire engine will
jam. And this can lead to very high costs.
Replace timing belt If
inspection shows that the belt is worn, it will have to be replaced. When you
replace the timing belt, we recommend that you replace the water pump
immediately. The water pump wears proportionally to the belt. Replacing them at
the same time will save you money and time in the future. You can replace a
timing belt yourself if you have some technical knowledge. Replacing it

Rotate the crankshaft so that it is
aligned with the engine block; Remove all parts around the belt for

with a gasket remover . Now you can put on the new belt. Pay
close attention to the markings. The crankshaft marking should point to top
dead center. The marking of the camshaft is on the same line as that of the
block itself and can often also be recognized by a top dead center marking. Then set the tensioners correctly
and turn the crankshaft twice so that the belt runs taut along the tensioner; Check that all markings are correct.
