Bigger is better, that's just how it is. The larger and more powerful magnet creates mid-range drivers that can produce a LOT of sound. When you're going to crank that volume knob to the max, you want it to sound good. Especially for this we added a copper shorting ring that reduces distortion, because we care about your ears! SPL is a lifestyle as we said, so once you've installed your first pair of PM2, you'll want to add two more, and then two more, and that's OK. The SPL addiction is real!POWER OF PAPER
We are of course talking about the pressed paper cone. The MAD PM2-64/84/104 is made to play your favorite music as loudly as possible. We wanted to take this midrange driver to the next level, so we added a larger (1.5") voice coil. When testing this amazing driver, one thing we noticed: for that extra durability, the paper cone had to be reinforced - and that happened!DOING IT THE SPL WAY
It can be better than with two speakers. Come on! More is always better and we want you to be as loud as possible. To make this easier, we placed two gold-plated terminals on the speaker. This makes it easier to add a speaker to your setup, or a tweeter. The choice is yours, but make sure you create a kickass build that GAS will be proud of.- Series: MAD
