Do you want to change your order or add an item to your existing order? In most cases this shouldn´t be a problem. Just go to 'status/questions' in your my Winparts account. You can find 'status/questions' at each order you have placed in our shop. Please state clearly what you want to change using a product number. This makes it easy for us to process the changes efficiently.
Unfortunately, we can't grant every wish. In some cases, it's not longer possible for us to change the order as requested. This may be due to that your order already is being processed or just has been shipped in the lorry. Please contact our customer services if you have any questions, doubt if it can be changed on time or if you have any other enquiries.
